Copies have also been sent to many of my peers in the indie-lit space, I’m hoping some of them will see fit to provide me with a blurb.

I’m also sending copies out for potential reviews and podcast appearances (audio only), please reach out if this is something you are interested in acquiring a copy for.

I can mail physical copies to any postal address or PO box, and I also have a professionally formatted manuscript PDF I can email.

I’m happy it’s finally finished, and that I’ve been able to publish it myself.

It’s a lightly fictionalised version of twenty-five years of my life.

I wrote it when I realised how depressed I was, this year, watching The Elephant Man by David Lynch.

There’s more to the story than just the contents of the book, but I don’t know how I want to tell the rest of it yet.

I think I just want some quiet time, gently promoting it, and fucking about on X with my friends.

I think if I dive back into the how, the why, and all the rest of it, I could potentially open up a portal to hell.

I still don’t feel right, and this was a seriously fucked up thing to do, to write this book instead of seek professional help.

There I go again, it’s like a child who can’t help but put his hand into the flame.

In regards to this Substack, I am going to attempt to stick to a new schedule.

Wednesday - post of creative writing/fiction (short story, flash fiction, micro fiction, novel extract or God forbid, poem), this post will be paywalled and is essentially the premium content.

Sunday - post of non-fiction, be that essay, film or book review or retrospective, reviews of my book, or podcast appearances, or just bloggy journal style post. Everything else basically, this post will always be free. It’s how we get to know each other, before you decide you want to pay for the fiction (you do, trust me).
